By accessing or using the Pleaura website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but if a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund in full.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration. Material specifications are accurate at time of publication.
3. Order Process
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when you receive an email confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason, including stock discrepancy or suspected fraud.
You may cancel an order within 2 hours of placement by emailing info@pleaura.com. After this window, cancellations are not guaranteed.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 7-day return window from date of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging. Items must be returned with all tags intact. To initiate a return, email info@pleaura.com with your order number.
Exchanges for size are subject to stock availability. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer except in cases of defective or incorrectly dispatched items, where we arrange free collection.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the Pleaura brand, logo, product designs, photography, and copy — is the intellectual property of Pleaura and its founders. You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt any content without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pleaura's liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by applicable Indian law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Delhi, India.
